Delores had been with the Ford Motor Credit office for 17 years when the company decided to relocate to Macon. Instead of picking up and leaving her native Athens, Delores took the opportunity to pursue a career in a new field. Before she became a REALTOR®, Delores often helped her husband Mark, a developer, with many aspects of his business, so the transition to offering home buying and selling solutions just seemed natural.

After a brief stint as an award-winning sales agent with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, Delores joined WEICHERT, REALTORS®-Signature Group. She is a member of the Athens Area Realtors Association, where she was recognized as Rookie of the Year 2005, Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, 2006 International President’s Elite, Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, Million Dollar Club 2005, and 2006, a Lifetime Member in 2007, Signature Real Estate of Athens. Delores has also received the Circle of Achievement award in 2009 and 2011; the Circle of Distinction in 2012; and the Circle of Honor in 2010 and 2013.
