All too often the professional services we require are not available after 5:00 p.m., or on weekends. To compound our frustration, frequently someone we have never met delivers these services in an impersonal, disinterested manner. I do not adhere to these practices!  Instead, I enjoy building relationships with my clients, and I know those relationships are the key to my clients' success and satisfaction.
